Short Term Accommodation Cairns offer a range of rooms and facilities to suit most needs. If you have a specific requirement, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Minimum stay policy ranges between 1 week and 4 weeks. A security deposit must be paid and varies on accommodation and length of stay. A vacate clean and outstanding electricity will be deducted from the security deposit on vacate. Electricity will be paid as a weekly fee with the balance calculated at the end on advice from Ergon Energy of outstanding amount.
